  Provide onsite software support and training to escrow and title officers at Fidelity National Financial as they transition to SoftPro Select. In this role, I assist end-users with a variety of tasks, including CD/HUD Order balancing, document preparation, and other related title/closing processes within the new software environment.I also play a crucial role in setting up and providing training on various integrated products, both in-house and from third-party vendors. These include AgentTrax, Simplifile, FedEx, UPS, Calyx, RealEC, and several others. It's important for me to stay up-to-date with SoftPro product knowledge and remain informed about industry concepts that impact our operations.Whether working independently or as part of a team, my focus is always on delivering a high level of customer service to each operation. I actively engage with end-users, addressing their questions and concerns through email, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams.To ensure effective record-keeping and contribute to our knowledge base, I diligently document all transactions and support interactions in our system for future reference. Additionally, my role requires extensive travel within the US, with up to 80% of my time dedicated to traveling.
