Mr. Paron has been in the financial services and non-for-profit 403(b) plan administration businesses during his 38 year career. Today, he is the President Emeritus of Compass Capital Management (CCM), servicing over $700 million in AUM. He was also a Principal of NFP (National Financial Partners) from January 2006 to August 2015. (CCM is a Bluespring Wealth Partners firm).During 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010 the leadership of Mr. Paron landed both Compass Capital Management and Mr. Paron on the Barron’s Top 1000 Advisor ranking #16 as well as Registered Representative Magazine’s America’s Top 100 Independent broker dealer advisor, ranking him #30 in the nation. During the past 10 year period Mr. Paron earned the top advisor ranking in the independent channel of the broker dealer group.Separately, he has been on numerous non-for-profit boards and financial services advisory boards. He is an active investor in early stage startups and real estate. He has a bachelor’s degree in science (BS) from both Ferris State University and The Great Lakes Merchant Marine Academy, including a degree from Northwestern Michigan College.
