After 27 years working with educational instutions all over the country in maintenance and operations, I realized there is a gap in the market. The pandemic has taught me there is no time like the present, and now is the time to bring OperationsHero to the underserved heros in our schools. Our goal at OperationsHero is to create simple, affordable, flexible solutions and continuously look for areas to help schools, save money, improve efficiencies and help the students they serve.

- Managed and developed National Benchmark Standards along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each vertical market. - Modeled over 20 years of client data to establish best practices, created reporting structures to bring data insights to our clients, and standards that could be implemented for an individual site or state wide systems. - Streamlined maintenance data to influence workflow, implement preventive maintenance programs, manage utility budgets and improve the event management and scheduling processes. Organized the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process and built a team of 4 analysts to perform descriptive and predictive analytics. - Netted the strongest catalyst in generating new client acquisition leads in 2018 and 2019.- Implemented a common internal business intelligence platform for each department to share and promote their data with other teams and executives with over 400 users.- Developed enterprise dashboards to roll-up and aggregate data across large, state and federal clients.

- Started and managed Professional Services business from the ground up to develop and advance services to help clients maximize the use of their solutions as well as selling add-on applications. - Grew onsite revenue from untracked to over two-million dollars a year. - Managed virtual teams of over 50 customer service representatives to deliver professional services, developed delivery model of services, built a partner network to assist with delivery of services, created Salesforce executive reporting, and increased client retention.

Started the team of Sales Engineers that introduce the key value and benefits of our solutions to our clients in markets outside of education.

- Led client migration from DOS based DataEase system to SQL Server and Oracle Client/Server solutions. - Supported Enterprise Clients to ensure they were continuing their support contracts and migrating to the latest platforms. - Conducted on-site and virtual professional services to implement and onboard clients.
