• Witbe is specialized in solutions for Video broadcasters (TV, VOD companies) and help them monitor the quality of service experienced by the end-users. I was working in the client’s premises for a US TV/Internet.
• Supervise the installation of 250+ physical servers that were connected with client's hardware in 100+ different locations in the US
• Install and update sofware on all servers remotely using Salt
• Manage the development of 200+ test scenarios on Witbe Solutions to trigger alerts if TV or Internet service isn’t working correctly for end-users
• Create and deploy dashboards to monitor the quality of service based on key performance indicators defined with the client
• Animate project meetings with the client to report project status
