I orchestrated all aspects of IMB’s visual presence, both digitally and in print. This includes management of a team of internal/contract graphic designers and web developers. I also work closely with our editors, production manager, budget manager and vendors to ensure cost, quality, effectiveness and on-deadline production. I am point for brand standards and producing effective user experience design for websites, social media, displays, and print resources for distribution.Specifics include: • Collaborate on content marketing campaigns that resulted in record-breaking donor giving, generating $1.3 billion since 2006.• Lead internal teams in creating a media kit for fundraising, promotion and distribution of mission resources. This became a thee-fold increase in resource distribution in 40,000 churches and took our website from 20% to 40% participation.• Orchestrate extensive booth experiences using display, web, and print to communicate and engage the vision. • Simultaneously project-manage numerous large projects to reach goals and vision set by senior leadership.
