İşinde bir bütün olarak gördüğü özen ve hassasiyeti önemle gözeterek, kontrol ve çözüm mekanizmasına sahip bir şekilde Fridtjof Nansen'in ''Zoru hemen yaparız, imkansız ise biraz zaman alır'' düşüncesine her zaman bağlı kalarak profesyonel bir şekilde performans sergilemektedir. Çağ Üniversitesi, Uluslararası Finans bölümünü yüksek onur belgesi ile tamamlayan, üniversite eğitim hayatında İşletme ve Ekonomi kulübünün kurucu üyelerinden olup 2 yıl başkanlığını üstlendiği görevinde bir çok projeyi de hayata geçirmiştir.
