In this role I evaluate official's performances at national age group levels as well as both professional Leagues in NZ, Sals NBL & Tauihi . I develop and implement evaluation criteria and technical skills, provide constructive feedback to officials, and work collaboratively with BBNZ officials and administrators to maintain consistency and high standards across all competitions. With my passion for basketball and expertise in referee education, I am committed to continuously improving the performance of basketball officials.

As a member of the Referee Leadership Group at Basketball New Zealand, I played a pivotal role in shaping the future of officiating within the organization. My responsibilities included strategic decision-making in the officials' space, ensuring the highest standards of refereeing across all levels of competition. Additionally, I was instrumental in developing comprehensive pathways for both Referees and Educators/Trainers, fostering growth and professional development to enhance the overall quality and consistency of basketball officiating nationwide.

In my advisory role with GHA, I contributed to two key projects. The first involved crafting a comprehensive business case for a local Iwi interested in entering the adventure tourism sector. This project entailed developing strategic recommendations for the Iwi Trust, guiding them in making informed decisions for future growth. The second project focused on fostering a strategic relationship between Te Arawa Iwi and Oranga Tamariki. I provided expert advice and contributed to the initial report, laying the groundwork for a meaningful and sustainable partnership.

Developing the strategic case narrative for the Business Case for Auckland Light Rail. This is a transport and urban business case for Auckland Light Rail from Wynyard Quarter to the Airport. The Strategic Case Narrative for Auckland Light Rail will be loosely based on social, economic, cultural and environmental 'wellbeing' for Māori , framed by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the themes have been articulated in Te Rautaki Huanga Māori in the Indicative Business Case. My role is to integrate the narrative throughout the Business Case

In this role as a Consultant focused on recruitment, community engagement & strategy specifically in high priority areas for the 2023 Census, a large responsibility wass to source and identify suitable candidates to fill critical positions for the field operations Census teams. Working closely with Stats NZ & Persol Kelly to develop both recruitment & community engagement strategies, as well as providing feedback on both processes with a focus on client/candidate experience, all to meet the national target of 90% completion. In addition, I have experience building & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners & communities to ensure that their needs are met throughout the process. With my expertise and commitment to diversity and inclusion, I was dedicated & passionate in delivering exceptional results for the 2023 Census.

I am responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of referees for local basketball competitions. I work closely with basketball officials to provide guidance and support, and ensure that all games are officiated in a fair and consistent manner. With my passion for basketball and commitment to building a strong and dedicated team of referees, I am proud to play a key role in promoting the sport of basketball in our community.
