Achieved major energy efficiency initiatives resulting in cost avoidance, incentives and rebates totaling more than $3.5M and generated more than $600,000 in annual operational savings through contract scope revisions and green initiatives.Created and implemented programs, website, systems, policies, and procedures to instill a “culture of service excellence” throughout the entire office division.
