Did the trial court get your case wrong? Wondering whether you should appeal? Not sure what happens on appeal? I demystify the appeals process. A couple lost their home in a foreclosure sale. They were trying to re-finance when a big bank pulled the plug and sold their house. The couple sued the bank and the new owner of their home. The trial court threw the lawsuit out at the beginning and did not give the couple a chance to prove their case. They hired me to file an appeal. On appeal, I re-imagined the case, developed new legal theories, and got their case reinstated. The couple kept their home and had the chance to prove to a jury that the big bank treated them unfairly. Certified as a Specialist in Appellate Law, I excel in predicting the chances of success on appeal. My focus is on the long game.
