Maintenance Team includes Electrical, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation & Civil Team. • Plan, design, manage installation , and maintain All assets as well as supervise the test, and commissioning projects in the service center. Improve Reliability, decrease MTTR and Increase MTBF & MTTI• Develop & implement maintenance programs on electrical, mechanical, C & I and Civilengineering systems. • Supervise all internal & external maintenance works.• Supervise and Monitor all external contractors engaged by WUC.• Work with SAP on day-to-day activities to Review maintenance schedules, Report onMaintenance works. Submit Maintenance KPI report on a monthly basis.• Resolve all Emergency breakdowns to avoid water disruption.• Prepare Budget (Opex and Capex Budget through Zero Based Budgeting). Manage Maintenanfe Budget • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 – Health & Safety Management at all plants. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 – Quality Management.

Rail Design Engineer - Currently working with multi-functional teams located globally to achieve New designs and aftermarket projects. Producing 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, supporting testing, supporting production engineers, Test Specification, Bearing Specification, Gear Rating Calculations using Dontyne and KISSsoft, re - engineering gears, gear geometry, bevel rating using Gleason. Actively involved in all Rail Gearbox Testing,Test Type Reports writing, Coordinating the testing process, Engineering Support during testing, Support Rail Aftermarket Projects, completing all engineering concessions,Completing ECP & DPRN of all engineering drawings.SAP - BOM creation, Parts Creation ( bought out parts and made in parts) , Part revision level, Project Leader - Planning, tracking and managing the project, follow up on open tasks,organize and hold regular meetings,delegating tasks, prioritizing tasks. Identifying resources and direction needed. Supplier involvement throughout the life the of the project, working with the purchasing team.
