Under the CALIBRE contract with the US Army, developed Training and Education for the Education Support Division of the Army Training Support Center. Ensured instructors, facilitators, training developers, training and education managers and support personnel at Army learning institutions have the skills to develop and facilitate training and education. Developed courses to integrate and institutionalize the Army Learning Model into the training and education, impacting over 12,000 members of the Army Training and Education Workforce.

Led the Information Operations Division and ensured the training of Joint Inter-agency and Multinational National Security Professionals through the execution of the Joint Information Operations Planner's Course, the Joint Information Operations Orientation Course, the Joint Information Operations Course and associated Mobile Training Exercises around the world on behalf of the Joint Staff. Teaches select classes on Combat Photography, Influence Operations, Public Affairs, Military Deception, Operations Security, Military Information Support Operations, Strategic Communications, Cyber, the Information Environment and other information related capabilities.
