• Ensuring all needs for editor are anticipated and met. Responsible for managing the editorial asst team.
• Main point of contact with Producer and all Production Departments such as Animation, VFX, Story.
• Develop and maintain editorial info and work flow between all Production Departments.
• Maintain avid workflow and unity drive space.
• Prep reels and avid media for sound editors and music composers.
• Prep and conform reels for screenings, color timing sessions and final delivery.

• Conduit for information between client's editorial dept. and ILM internal departments.
• Break down effect sequences and track elements for bidding, production tracking, scanning and video loads.
• Maintain and update cut sequences with shots in progress and verify that shots are lining up correctly according to client's turnover.
• Maintain and update production database with shot and cut info.
• Work with VFX supervisors for shot previs. Select and combine elements for shots, such as miniature models or blue screen actors and combine with the elements shot on location or on set during principal photography.
• Collaborate with VFX supervisors during the pre-visualization stage of projects. Cutting animatics for VFX sequences to help determine vital information for shooting principal photography.
