· Joined as Asst. Project Engineer / Project Co-ordinator since April, 2016· Accomplished a project named ‘PAVANI SAROVAR’ (Phase – 1) with two blocks of Residential Apartments (totally 180 flats) located in Nallurhalli (Behind ITPL), Bangalore.· Executed site works including all foundations, structural, masonry & finishing works; materials, equipment and man power management, etc.· Responsible for undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations, compiling job specs and resolving design and development problems, liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors, etc.

· Joined as Site Engineer/ Asst. Draftsman from June, 2015 until February, 2016· Accomplished four multi-storied apartment projects named ‘AMITHEST’, ‘CORAL’, ‘CRYSTAL’, and ‘RUBY’ (totally 24 flats), in the area Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai· Executed site works including foundation excavation & laying (pile erection); structural and masonry works; finishing; materials, equipment and man power management, etc.· Responsible for preparing preliminary material estimates and site construction drawings for approval from the authorized architect.

Completed 30-day training, gaining hands-on experience in open-trench pipe-laying, water tank design, and building construction
