I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). During my studies, I worked as a teaching assistant. This allowed me to develop strong communication and organizational skills while deepening my knowledge of AI. I also supervised student research projects for various companies, which strengthened my supervision and leadership skills.In my Master's program, I specialized in computer vision and geometric deep learning. For my thesis, I worked on building group equivariant convolution neural networks for voxel (3d) data. In conjunction with my thesis, I developed a Python module that simplifies the application of complex geometric deep-learning methods, making them accessible to a wider audience. I demonstrated the effectiveness of these techniques in challenging medical image classification tasks, advocating for their adoption.I am passionate about advancing AI and its applications, eager to tackle new challenges, and collaborate with fellow professionals in shaping the future of the field.
