Founded in early 2001, the Company developed a proprietary system (Chamber Economic Development Internet Technologies or “Chamber EDIT”) that addressed a significant number of problems encountered by as well as providing several enhanced revenue programs to Chambers of Commerce businesses and their executives. Tom started his career in the real estate development and construction industry by starting Lennon Construction Co., Inc. in 1986. LCCI was the first of several companies that would be under the umbrella of The Lennon Companies. Other companies under the umbrella were Lennon Development Group, Inc., Lennon Properties, Inc., LenCor Corporation and Riverside Senior Living, LLC. Through these various entities Tom developed residential subdivisions, completed high end custom homes and renovations, built commercial buildings, condominiums, restaurants and retain centers and built assisted living centers.
