CurrentEstablishing a Data Science team is hard and fraught with risk. When establishing a Data Science capability, the success or failure of that team is hugely dependant on the initial problems identified. Delivering our first Machine Learning project successfully on time helps to build trust and enable growth. Get it wrong and it can be the end of a Data Science capability. We can help you select the right first project, understand what you need to be able to deliver an accurate working model and then how to deploy and manage that model in production. Although we love academia, our approach to Data Science is applied. We do not build models to validate a hypothesis, we build production Machine Learning models.
