I was responsible for the reporting towards Dutch customs as well as syncreon’s clients. Backlogs were eliminated and the regular process restarted. I have also set up the work instructions and procedures for these processes. I managed to reduce the turnaround time for this process with several days.In addition I participated in improvement processes with regard to AEO and the IT structure with regard to Warehouse Management Systems and Customs Management Systems.
