Within 8 weeks of implementing new process, past due purchase orders were reduced 70%, and stabilized below targeted level. • Implemented remanufactured diesel particulate filter program that reduced warranty expense by managing core returns/fallout and working to seed program with new product which allowed customers to purchase lower cost option sooner and reduce company exposure to excess warranty expense.
