My job is to lead our startup corporation, Ammonitrix, Inc. The CEO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, financial management, product development, sales and marketing, and team management.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and profitability for the company* Build and manage a high-performing team to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts* Provide leadership and guidance to all employees, setting a strong example of company culture and values* Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded* Manage financial resources effectively to ensure the company's fiscal health and stability* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnershipsThings I do while we're starting:* Complete design, development & implementation of Ammonitrix, from apps and services designed to run our end-users devices, to the actual platform itself.* Facilitate meaningful fundraising
