Responsible for developing and managing the RA’s palm oil program in Indonesia and serving as a technical resource to staff working on palm projects in other regions. Leading the development of project proposal considering RA's strategic value proposition. Leading the project delivery according to work plans and budgets, coordinating with field consultants and staff, identifying and supporting local partner organizations, and maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders in the corporate, government, and civil society sectors. Overseeing performance implemented by partners, providing technical services, sourcing appropriate technologies and consulting services, and providing reports on project progress, monitoring and evaluation, finance and budget depletion, and other project areas. Coordinates closely with RA’s international teams i.e., Corporate Partnership Team, Markets Transformation, Development, and Communications.

FORTASBI (Indonesian Sustainable Oil Palm Farmers Forum) is a forum initiated by several NGOs and organizations of oil palm farmers in Indonesia on August 2014 in Jambi and as a forum to increase the capacity of independent oil palm smallholders towards sustainable certification.

Oil Palm Advisory & Fertilizer Recommendation (OPMR)Conducting annual advisory (8000 Ha) visit to evaluate the crop performance as well as to identify actual constraints e.g. nutrient deficiency, poor drainage, pest & disease, etc. Calculating fertilizer requirement for oil palm plantation to obtain optimum yield. The OPMR’s report encompass on agronomy consideration to ensure the implementation of best management practices (BMP’s) in oil palm plantation.Yield Improvement Project (YIP)The YIP is initially carried out by identifying the limiting, reducing, & loss factors that allegedly reduce the yield. Conducting research on chemical modification of a tropical low density wood (sesenduk/Endospermum diadenum) through impregnation & compregnation process. The treatments were designed to enhance the quality of the wood. The research was also concerning on reducing the formaldehyde emission from the treated wood to near zero level.
