As internationally experienced professional I have worked within the arena of business development, marketing and communications. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager, I have managed improvement-, change- and growth projects within marketing and sales, communications, financial, manufacturing, IT, sustainability and product development. I have worked in listed as well as in smaller, fast moving growth companies and associations. I have international experience from establishing new companies, including the build-up of operation and organization, in mature and emerging markets.In my current role as Secretary General and Trade Association Manager I manage trade associations and their service companies within industries such as textiles, machinery, materials, cables, security and defense industry. My responsibilities include strategy as well as daily operation of the associations including management of different teams. I lead development and change projects within fields such as: Export, Marketing and Communications, Economic Policy, Production, Technology, Sustainability and Networking. I represent the industries towards, interest groups, government agencies, politicians at both national and international level. An important part of the work is to create engagement among members through meetings, facilitation of workshops and seminars.
