Perform retail operations, and provide superior levels of Customer Service by expertly managing all customer service-related issues. Post merchandise promotions for the Official Falcons Gear Twitter page. Quickly and accurately prep online orders for shipping, and check orders against pick lists for accuracy. Assist in setting up local retail locations for the Falcons on game days. During all Falcons home games, supervise 6-12 employees per game at four retail locations in the Georgia Dome. As necessary, remerchandise and organize the retail locations, and balance the cash drawer and related financial transactions at the end of each game. Establish and maintain proper inventory levels at all locations, and ensure that all merchandise is priced and available at all locations. Assist in the hiring of game day staff, and handle all customer service issues on game days. Receive and warehouse all inventories using a bin system, and check orders against POs, and ensure that all purchases meet specifications. Perform physical inventories and research all variances. Protect company assets through accurate loss prevention policies and procedures. Work with the retail team to improve merchandise mix and pricing, and develop and propose ways to increase efficiencies within the retail operation.

After nine months on the job, promoted from front service clerk, to cashier, then to the customer service staff one year later. Singlehandedly ran the Customer Service desk, including ringing up orders, returning unwanted groceries, managing customer issues/complaints, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Coordinated the front end staff by directing baggers and cashiers. Trained baggers, cashiers, and other customer service staff. Closed down the front-end each evening, and ensured that it was ready for the next day’s opening. Opened and closed the cash office by preparing all cash tills for the registers, and by reviewing the balancing report, and documenting all sales.
