Responsible for talent acquisition across the company for skills to include Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft and Hyperion. Metaformers provides strategy and planning for implementations, re-architecture and upgrades for clients in Public Sector, Education, Healthcare and Commercial.

I was involved with the growth and expansion of Ciber's national ERP practice teams including PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Hyperion, JDEdwards,Info Lawson, SAP, Change Management/Training. Resources include professional functional and technical consultant experts, as well as sales/business development specialists, In addition I have worked in conjunction with HR administration to develop and maintain processes and procedures related to HR and recruiting. Helping to build and maintain continued growth of the business model was my main focus and I worked closely with management to understand their requirements and meet the goals of the team - to service the client base.

Hired by Business Information Technology which was acquired later by Ciber. First internal recruiter hired to develop their internal recruiting processes. My responsibilities included hiring professional consultants and working with the HR department to build the internal recruiting processes and procedures and to expand the recruiting team as needed by hiring new recruiters and training them to understand our marketplace and requirements.

The firm needed to create and develop a full HR function within management and I was hired to develop the HR function within the internal operations management team for the company as it expanded and required more defined HR functions to meet compliance.

Personnel Administrator position was responsibile for corporate recruitment, new hire orientations, payroll, benefit administration, worker's compensation and safety. Excellent generalist opportunity to work with all corporate departments and support the Director in meeting compliance in all areas of HR. Reported to Director of HR.

Initially position was as the Marketing Representative to maintain current client base and pursue prospects in our local business market to expand our client base. Added recruiter responsibilities for full time candidates to assit management in meeting client requirements. Attended professional seminars and conferences and was a presenter for State Employment and ESL conferences.
