I am a post-doctoral research fellow and part-time research professor at the Research Unit Tempus Omnia Revelat (TOR) of Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies (BRISPO) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). My main research involves cross-national comparisons of time-use surveys on topics like gender division of labour, gender equality, childcare, leisure, informal care, life balance, time pressure, well-being, and the family.I am currently supervising a Citizen Science project on gendered perceived safety in Brussels (MOMENT), an EU-project on Smart Survey Implementation (SSI), and an EU-project on Remote Working Arrangements (WinWin4WorkLife). I am co-supervising the PhD Survey project at the VUB and the Centre for Research on Culture.I am an executive board member of the International Association for Time Use Research (IATUR) and co-founder of hbits, a spin-off company of the VUB.
