Account Manager
CurrentMy role is to serve as the single point of contact for designated accounts within the oil and gas sector. I act as a liaison between the client and DriverCheck's internal departments to resolve issues and/or respond to requests as promptly and efficiently as possible. Some of my responsibilities are to log and track issues that arise and provide /implement a mitigation plan to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. I regularly update clients on industry issues or topics that may be of interest to their organization. I visit the clients quarterly to ensure that all their needs are being met with the program they have with DriverCheck.
