Tom is the Chief Executive of Enhance Group overseeing our multi-jurisdictional investment monitoring and advice activities from our Jersey headquarters. Prior to relocating to Jersey, Tom was Managing Director of Enhance in London, establishing our Consultancy practice with Dr Ruzhen Li and continues to actively advise a small number of families and institutional investment clients.Having originally trained as a Stockbroker at Charles Stanley Plc in London, in 2009 Tom joined Seven Investment Management (7IM). At 7IM, Tom managed a portfolio of private clients working closely with a broad range of professional advisers in both the UK and offshore jurisdictions. In 2013 Tom became a Partner and helped to establish 7IM’s Private Client Team, providing multi-asset investment strategies, securitised lending and cash management to wealthy families and their associated structures. Tom graduated with honours in Law from The University of Sheffield and is a Chartered Wealth Manager & Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Tom is also an Ambassador for Digital Jersey.
