Sales And Customer Support
• Completion of required reports for clients, representatives, and customer service teams.• Job Tracking Reports (WIP) run each day via Revenue Builder, WIP report or Job Tracking.• Forecasting Reports Run each week and action, provide updates to the team and replenish items when approvals have been obtained.• Other reports as per the customer's request individually and based on customer requirements including, Stock Status/Usage/Activity, Average reporting etc.• Monthly reports - Running the following reports and converting them into Excel before distributing them.• Rep Sales Reports (the 5 x reports per rep).• YTD Sales Results and Sales Results Monthly.• Slow Moving Stock Report.• Quarantine Stock Report.• Customer Analysis.• Accurate data entry for Sales Orders, Jobs and Invoicing purposes.• Closing off sales orders and jobs ensures up-to-date information is maintained in the system (ensuring DIFOT) and invoicing can occur promptly.
