Submitting B/L instr and AES information to Shipping lines as well as printing/issuing OBLS / WAYBILL's for customers. Working with USDA and Department of Agriculture offices for all Health certificates and Import Permits regarding for Importing and Exporting dairy products. Getting documents legalized from Embassy's and legalized services for specific countries needed. Working with Dairy suppliers for special certificates pertaining to customer or country related requirements. Process and proof documents for Letters of Credits and Direct collections. Handle documentation for CWT (Cooperatives Working Together) for Cheese and Butter Shipments.

Import Operations, claims, inventory and accounts receivable.

Worked with Shipping lines in order to obtain OBL's/Seaway B/L. Created Shipping documents for countries all over the world. Also did documents against letters of credit. Worked with the Dept of Agri for getting Phytosanitary's. Also did documents for our other offices such as China, Chile and South Africa.
