Looking for BIM M&E (Mechanics-Electrics) Engineer Working place: America, VietnamStarting date: September, 2015Requirement:- Have at least 3 years experience in construction projects of America as BIM designing engineer.- American is an advantage.- Have knowledge of America construction standard in Hi-tech ones and hospitals, BIM M&E designing procedure following BIM Revit/MEP- Know Autodesk Revit & MEP is an advantage.- English (TOEIC 750)Job Description:- Participate in Revit Modelling projects working with other English speaking modelers to complete deliverables.- Setup of Revit views to be used by other project members including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.- Create Revit work sets and control Revit work sharing process.- Work with the CAD/Revit Team in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs.- Input of marked ‐ up drawings into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.- Creation of minor mark ‐ ups and their inputs.- Back ‐ check own work for accuracy before passing on to others.- Prepare copies and help make sets of documents for transmittal to other parties.Benefits:- Competitive salary- FPT Care, Insurance following company policy.
