Develop and deliver training courses for clients on diverse topics and technologies. Specific courses include a 12-session series on Project Management covering all aspects of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), a 4-session series for Office 365 Core functionality, and an 8-class series on Microsoft Excel with Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Supervise employee training plans to achieve industry standard certifications, e.g. Microsoft MCP, MSCA, and MCSE. Monitor and manage multiple partnership relationships with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, WatchGuard, and AT&T. Special projects include the development of internal IT Security Policies, successful applications for CompTIA Managed Services and Security Trustmark+ applications including external audit of Security Trustmark criteria, and generation of initial HIPPA compliance and training materials.

My primary duties focused on teaching courses in Network Operating Systems, Computer and Network Security, and Technology Management to Associate and Baccalaureate degree students. I designed courses for delivery through Blackboard, an online classroom management environment. I also chaired the Computer Science curriculum sub-commitee of the University Curriculum Commitee for 2 years. In addition to teaching and curriculum development duties, I served on the Faculty Professional Development and Lifelong Learning committees and as a faculty adviser to the Herzing Community of Networkers (HCON), the networking student society.

My primary role was delivering Microsoft Authorized Curriculum courses on networking infrastructure and server operations. I led a train-the-trainer session resulting in the certification of 6 new Microsoft Certified Trainers. As an infrastructure consultant I collaborated on the development of a set of security and performance assessments which resulted in multiple project engagements for the infrastructure team.

My role was to learn and master the entire Novell course catalog, everything from entry-level administration to Advanced Novell Directory Services Troubleshooting, deliver these courses directly to customers, and to transfer that knowledge to the other instructors on the team. I also championed a number of lab modernization initiatives and developed reliable, repeatable classroom configuration automation.
