As an instructor in Commercial Vehicle Operations at Fletcher Technical Community College (FTCC), I equip students with the essential skills and knowledge for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of commercial vehicles in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at Louisiana State University, where I'm delving into the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and policies.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, where I developed key leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Before joining FTCC, I worked as a Pole-Truck Foreman at Deviney Utility Services, overseeing a team in delivering and installing utility poles. Additionally, I served as a Motor Vehicle Operator in the United States Marine Corps, achieving recognition as the Marine Corps Detachment Fort Leonard Wood Instructor of the Year in 2020 and earning certification as a Master Instructor.Committed to delivering high-quality education and training, I strive to meet and exceed the diverse needs and expectations of my students.
