Water and smoke mitigation invoice review and the negotiated resolution, Lead on California smoke claims with public adjuster or attorney involvement. Led an initiative to follow up on Subrogation for smoke claims related to power company litigation in California. ITV analysis for commercial lines of business and work directly with underwriting to evaluate our results quarterly. Lead training to claims professionals on estimating guidelines and adjusting techniques to help better resolve and settle claims. Multi story condo high rises, large apartment complexes and warehouses were the most common type of properties related to the claims handled. Business interruption/loss of rent common with most losses. Worked closely with senior management to determining best course of action for resolving complex losses with disputes and settlement direction with many round table discussions. These discussions helped determine departmental direction on how to handle issues going forward. Out of 40 plus contractors hired to work with ICAT during the 2017-18 season I was one of the last 5 to leave the storm by volunteer after over 6 months of an out of state assignment in Broomfield Colorado.
