Responsible for day-to-day operations of the center including, customer service and conduct center tours. IT and telecom troubleshooting, programming phones. Work side by side with Area Manager to increase center revenue and occupancy. Assist with staff hiring, training and supervision including, performance reviews, scheduling and weekly meetings. Provide daily leadership to team to ensure exceptional customer service and increase monthly service revenue. Utilizing various reports to perform quarterly financial audits as well as monthly audits for billing accuracy. Responsible for coding and ensure payment of A/P invoices, following company collection policies. Processing all credit card payments as well as RDS check scanning. Responsible for maintaining the center’s A/R.
