Tracee Plowell-Page is an experienced litigator with demonstrated skill in the investigation and prosecution of white collar, corruption, and complex fraud cases. Ms. Plowell-Page presently works as a senior litigator for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of Enforcement. She previously served in numerous roles within the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) where she provided expert counsel to federal law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and senior DOJ personnel on a myriad of issues, to include, the use of special investigative techniques in investigations involving high-level public officials. Ms. Plowell-Page also assessed operational plans in other criminal matters to ensure compliance with internal DOJ policies, conducted risk assessments and provided strategies to mitigate legal and operational risk. Ms. Plowell-Page is an experienced federal manager, policy advisor, and an accomplished trial lawyer. As an Assistant United States Attorney and an attorney assigned to the Public Integrity and Fraud Sections, she led and supervised numerous high-profile criminal investigations; and tried and supervised more than two dozen federal jury trials. She has also drafted appellate briefs and successfully argued cases in federal appellate courts.
