Human Resources Administration Supervisor
Current• Supervise HRA colleagues and drive team performance for an efficient and courteous in-store experience. • Oversee the administration of Responsibility Based Performance processes by leveraging advanced HR systems.• Spearhead all day-to-day HR responsibilities such as staffing needs, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, onboarding/orientation, staff development, training procedures, recruitment, interviews, etc.• Offer Subject Matter Expertise on employment regulations, compensation policies, and personnel management procedures.• Strategize and execute in-person and virtual recruitment events.• Guide new hires through recruitment, orientation, and onboarding processes.• Orchestrate meetings with hiring managers to track walk-in and online traffic and metrics for events.• Process unemployment insurance claims via Equifax and managed all data keeping and imaging compliance.
