Human Resources Administration Supervisor
Current- Supervise HRA colleagues and drive team performance for an efficient and courteous in-store experience.
- Oversee the administration of Responsibility Based Performance processes by leveraging advanced HR systems.
- Spearhead all day-to-day HR responsibilities such as staffing needs, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, onboarding/orientation, staff development, training procedures, recruitment, interviews, etc.
- Offer Subject Matter Expertise on employment regulations, compensation policies, and personnel management procedures.
- Strategize and execute in-person and virtual recruitment events.
- Guide new hires through recruitment, orientation, and onboarding processes.
