Along with my fantastic team, I develop and execute the recruiting strategy for LIRS, focusing on attracting and retaining diverse and qualified candidates for senior level and niche roles in fundraising, advocacy, program management, behavioral health, and legal services. I have strong project management skills, and I have successfully built and launched internship and college recruiting programs, completed executive level search, implemented technology solutions and built talent acquisitions programs.
