· Back up for lead operator and designated trainer for Shift in Tapping/Furnace Deck· Operate Delta V Computer System for process history, equipment status and trends.· Coordinate and participate in cross functional teamwork between several employees within the furnace deck, control room, tapping team and eastern building department to ensure smooth production flow.· Perform tapping duties such as clearing of vent lines, confirm all appropriate valves are open/closed and working appropriately, replace plugged transfer pipes and dip tubes, ensure correct weight of molten material transferred to holding furnaces, reduction furnaces and ATI or US Magnesium Glama’s and filling out necessary molten material transfer paperwork.· Set up and disassembly of components for distillation/reduction furnaces troubleshoot issues in regards to flange seals, valves, fittings, rough vacuum pump and cooling water issues. In event of power outage, perform argon backfill on retorts in distillation, reset cooling tower, TICL4 Farm, Scrubber System and Vacuum Pumps.· Equipment operated- GLAMA (Molten Material Transporter), fifty-ton track and bridge crane, skid steer, forklift, remote controlled mini excavator, scissor-lift, RTFL with boom extension, B-Grade Titanium conveyor line and crusher (barreling, processing, weighing, palletizing).· Follow all lockout tag out, fall protection, confined space entry procedures, and PPE requirements. Actively participate and provide feedback on the continual improvement of production, manufacturing instructions, and safety.

· Maintain silver and gold refining process by loading electrolytic cells with anodes and filling cells with correct amount of electrolyte. Ensure the machines used for the refining process are running effectively and correctly; replace broken or worn out parts as needed.· Monitor silver/gold refinery overview, R.O. System, scrubber system, vacuum pumps, and chemical holding tanks via Delta V operating system.· Chemically treat waste electrolyte and refinery byproducts to recover precious metals and prepare for wastewater treatment.
