I was privileged to join the Pam Childs Team, and the mortgage industry, in December of 2004. I quickly recognized that Pam’s (Red’s) reputation of being one of top the mortgage professionals in Colorado (and recognized nationally) was developed over the past thirty years by offering an incredible knowledge base and dedication to each and everyone that she works with, which continues to be the Team's guiding compass today. My primary role with The Pam Childs Team is to assist in the growth and adaptation of our team in what seems to be the mortgage industry’s evasive makeover. Our/my goal is to leverage the Pam Childs Team’s vast loan product and industry knowledge through technology and agent partnerships in order to better provide clarity and options to the consumer.
