While at CSC, my duties included HR Specialist, International Assignment (Expat) Administrator and Payroll duties. My daily work included work with the CSC Expat & Inpat population as it related to their employee benefits, payroll administration, compensation reconciliation and expat assignment related duties. While at CSC, I worked with new hires as it related to their company provided benefits, vacation and time reporting utilizing SAP. I also maintained expat expense reports (taxable vs non taxable expense determination), implemented payroll allowances and deductions via SAP (Cola, Hola, Hypo tax deduction, gross ups and various state tax overrides) as well as processing payments via Citrix and LCD system. I am familiar with various state tax laws and work closely with CSC Compensation department as relates to CSC incentive plans (bonus, deferred & non deferred). I work closely with Corp tax as it relates to the issuance of w2's and payroll adjustments needed for the issuance of corrected w2's. With assignees taking expat assignments all over the world, it is important that these specialized employees feel confident that their HR and payroll (all aspects of assignment) are implemented and maintained correctly. The quality and detail of my daily work supported their confidence.

I was with Charles Schwab & Company for eight years. My duties included broker, business development specialist and operations rep. I worked at Schwab during a period of rapid growth. Daily duties included assisting customers with investment options, supporting asset and revenue growth, introducing new Schwab products and features, as well as placing trades for equity, bond and option investments. My business development specialist talents were utilized in Schwab's Atlanta; Great Neck NY, and Princeton NJ branches. I supported and was instrumental in securing one of Schwab's first Billion Dollar branch in Buckhead (Atlanta) Georgia in 1993.
