Hi, I'm Trace! I do a few things:DESIGN 💡 I've spent a lot of time mapping systems and services while making complicated information easier to understand. I handle everything from typography and editorial work to larger-scale UX methods like rapid prototyping and co-design, and I've built everything from interactive medical documents to bots.RESEARCH 👓 I work across generative and evaluative methods including research design, literature review, interviewing, ethnography, qualitative data analysis, focus groups, survey design, user testing, and more.FACILITATION 🍎 As an experienced teacher and facilitator, I focus on creating curious, compassionate (and sometimes wildly experimental) environments that spark reflection and insight. I've held this kind of space in 1:1 interviews, zoom classrooms, design studios, and giant auditoriums alike. MULTIMEDIA STORYTELLING 🎤 I have a multimedia production experience in audio, video, photography, and creative writing. I'm also trained in storytelling and story facilitation. To me, public speaking is a treat, presentation design is an art form, but making sure others are heard is a sacred responsibility.Through the years, I've loved getting to do deep work on complex problems across the health, education, and public-service sectors:- documentation + self-reflection for learning- inclusive education - brains, hormones + identity- public safety + legal aid - research ethics + informed consent- complex mental health services - pain treatment + opioids
