As a cybersecurity analyst at Crown, I manage both IT and OT security operations across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, with a strong focus on incident response. My passion lies in pushing the boundaries of what's possible by architecting and implementing AI-based systems and workflows that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global SOC operations.While working directly under the Global Director of Security Operations, I also find myself providing input and execution ability to the OT Security program, working directly with the Lead OT Security Engineer to deploy and operationalize OT security solutions at sites across the globe, optimizing time-to-deploy from 6 hours to just 2.With experience across diverse regions and industries, I focus on securing critical manufacturing infrastructure while ensuring that AI and automation serve as enablers for operational growth and efficiency. By leveraging AI in a way that aligns with our business goals, I ensure that security as a department is not just a defense mechanism, but a strategic advantage.

In my role as a member of Desktop Support at Crown, I collaborated with coworkers to find solutions for users across the United States and Canada to fit their technology use-cases, created scripts to make the imaging and setup of new laptop, desktop, and server environment smooth and efficient, and work with a variety of users, computers, and networks both local and across the United States and Canada.

In this role, I performed repairs of school-owned devices, as well as imaged, enrolled, deployed, and managed devices across the Kenosha Unified School District network, taking advantage of tools such as Microsoft’s Active Directory, as well as Google’s Admin Console suite.
