Service, support, and assemble medical manufacturing equipment related to catheter tipping, forming, and hole drilling. Build, qualify and commission medical laminators. Create technical procedures for troubleshooting and calibrating machines. Document service tickets with detailed information related to service resolutions.

Suzohapp technicians were merged into the Service Contract when Cashtech took over service for Suzohapp.- Install, service, and maintain cash/coin recyclers and smart safes.- Train PM procedures to new techs for cash/coin recyclers.- Top Level tech support for smart safes and coin/cash recyclers- Technical documentation for SOP's and new processes- Assist in managing large projects. - Assist remedial service call part orders.- Assist with monthly billing.- Collaborate with large customer to complete/document technical changes per their approval.- Travel to sites to assist local techs in resolving complex issues.- Assist with scheduling.

Responsible for installation and service of cash and coin recyclers. Install cash and coin recyclers. Effectively train customer on operation of cash and coin recyclers ensuring that the installation schedules are met and that the customer has full working knowledge of the equipment. Perform onsite trouble shooting and repair of equipment in a timely manner. Document accurate details of service performed (either onsite or via phone) in the service ticketing system. Help with prepping, adjusting, and testing of newly released machines for the field. Help with repairing returned, failed machine components. Organize and compose technical bulletins and procedures for service support as well as for customers.

· Travel internationally for product support and training. · Provide customer and technical support. · Assist in new installation of products and train Service Engineers on products. · Provide on-site software support for the products as well as mechanical and electronic troubleshooting for products w issues that cannot be resolved by local service personnel. · Provide documentation to support these products. · Write technical bulletins for on-going machine updates. · Work with distributors for obtaining required spare parts to support the products. · Helps with System Tests to test new system before shipped to the customer. · Provide networking support to our international subsidiaries for web-based machines.· Work closely with different departments to resolve field issues.
