Drive the quality and speed of recruitment solutions while maintaining reasonable cost with a consistent approach for SLA’s, KPI’s, pricing, processes and delivery.Act as staffing subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR & Business Leadership regarding selection and engagement of new staffing vendors internationally, ensuring that they build international resourcing programs to meet current and long term hiring goals. Engage with Key client stakeholders to map process and business demand.Design, plan and implement enhanced resourcing solutions to Vodafone Group in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring the onsite resourcing teams exceed client expectations in the following core areas:- Reduce cost per hire- Reduce time to hire- Increase cultural diversity of workforce - Increase the quality of hires into the business- Global recognition within Vodafone as the Resourcing & Talent Management Centre of Excellence
