Tracey is currently a Senior Manager in Business Transformation, contributing to the success of the Products Evolution team at Verizon Business Group. I am an Engineer III - Systems Analysis on the VCG OP&OO Device & Services Team. In this roll I am responsible for supporting and driving change for a number of products including Connected Car, consumer wearables, and standalone devices. My current responsibilities include strategic development and transformation, concept planning, serving as product SME, E2E support, OEM partnerships, and hardware/software testing. As a program SME, I work with leaders at all levels of the business to influence and support my products. I have a strong foundation in project management and customer service and am dedicated to providing the best experience possible for both the external and internal customer. Before assuming my current position, I held roles supporting HBA (legacy South Field) Customer Care on the Quality Team and leading various VCG Customer Support teams in Alpharetta. I have proven experience creating positive customer experiences, driving process improvements, reducing operating costs, and delivering an overall positive business impact. I served as the President for the Atlanta Chapter of Verizon's PRISM ERG. As one of our ERGs, through our Global Office of Diversity and Inclusion, PRISM of Verizon supports our LGBTQIA employees.When I took on the Atlanta Chapter in 2013, it was defunct and a membership roster of 13 employees. I've grown the chapter by over 1400% & we currently are the fastest-growing & second-largest chapter in the Enterprise. Through my work with GLOBE, I procured the first ever corporate sponsorship from Verizon for Atlanta Pride in 2017. The event was the largest Pride Verizon sponsored to date, measured by employee participation.
