I am a highly motivated and experienced financial controller, currently completing a bachelor of business degree at Unitec and raising a family. I started my degree whilst still with my former employer. I wanted to extend my knowledge of the changes in accounting regulations and to develop further my analytical skills. The degree in addition to my 15 years of work experience provides me with excellent theory and real world skills. I have a thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, MYOB, and Xero accounting as well as an in-depth knowledge of the business cycle and the accounting principles governing company’s in New Zealand. My career goal is to assume a role which allows me to take responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of commercial data for an innovative company that has a positive strategy towards best accounting practices and operating systems.
