However, my own years of experience are equally as valuable. I am a working parent, I have been underweight and overweight, and done extreme diets, and then regained the weight. I have learned to eat and move in a way that enjoy to maintain my weight, but more importantly have confidence in my body and feel fantastic about what it can achieve. I have many years of experience with website design, SEO, and content writing. I am merging all my skills online with my passion for helping people to lose weight to build an online coaching business. Online coaching for fat loss is extremely effective and being an online coach enables me to support as many people as possible, and location is not a restricting factor.
