Operational management of Dyslexia Action Shop Limited (the Trading arm of Dyslexia Action) a global supplier of learning and support materials to assist dyslexics in schools, work and home environments.Line managing two members of staff including coaching, supporting and development of the team members.Organising the presence of Dyslexia Action at key national specialist educational exhibitions, and attending to showcase and sell products to our key customer base.Managing the design and production of an annual catalogue for Dyslexia Action Shop, to be distributed nationally and overseas.Preparation of annual budget working with key financial stakeholders.Assisting in the preparation of the end of year accounts.Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the most cost effective solutions for our product offerings and to stay competitively priced.Researching new products to add to the shop portfolio.Managing the implementation of a new online shop and ongoing operational management of the online shop.Management of external logistics and warehousing/fulfilment facility within our service level agreement.Management of Dyslexia Action website's enquiries and main telephone number voicemail.
