Manage and direct cash application function • Monitor EDI status of invoices and recommend appropriate course of action to accounts receivable • Review of credit applications, analyze credit history, and set up new accounts in the system • Manage credit investigation and evaluation of new and existing customers • Evaluate credit hold customer activity to determine appropriate course of action • Negotiate payment programs with delinquent customers • Collection Calls and establish product contracts & maintained partner relationships and maintain bad debt records.

 Assists in the preparation of payroll-600+ associates in accordance with established policies and procedures, including federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for accurate and timely input of employee information: new hires/rehires, terminations, employee data changes, hours and earnings. Facilitates the receipt of field paperwork and organization for input. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of all payroll forms, as well as appropriate approval levels. Assists in resolving paycheck issues by researching, validating and correcting employee data in the payroll system. Participates in the distribution of paychecks, direct deposit advices and labor reports. Engages in excellent customer service with associates across all functions of the company, as well as partners with internal departments and external parties to fulfill payroll responsibilities. Provides support to payroll management as needed on additional projects. Ensures all documentation associated with payroll processing is maintained, remains confidential and is properly shared.
