My role will be to manage the overall operations of the school capacity of 135 children and a staff of 15 with support from the Assistant Director and the Celebree School Support Center. To have a focused, high-energy, innovative leadership, motivating team members in accomplishing and exceeding established goals as well as a visionary who looks to the future and sets his or her sights on the next level of excellence. I will provide coaching & developing team members to meet expected standards, in being a leader in change implementation and in taking the initiative as an empowered business-owner.

Task include inspecting, licensing and monitoring child care centers, family day care homes and non-public nursery schools to ensure enforcement of child care regulations and the provision of quality child education development programs.

I currently teach various Early Childhood courses, focusing on children ages birth-Pre-K, and facilitates student learning and mastery of course material. I customize the training curriculum with my real life experiences so that the students can apply real-life practical approaches to their experience in real-time. I also provide course and curriculum development, program and course assessment, student advisement, and professional development.

At the direction of the principal, assisted teachers by performing a variety of tasks that promoted student learning and well-being. Worked individually and in small groups to reinforce instruction, monitor performance, and support learning. Also performed a variety of instructional and classroom management supports, as well as related clerical tasks to support teachers and other professional staff in all classrooms or learning environments.
