I am responsible for managing a top customer service department in our industry, monitoring our call center. I am a liaison between our billers, agents and customers to resolve any issues that may arise. I develop professional relationships with established and potential clients to sell our services as well as help develop ideas and programs to help streamline/improve our operating system.
